Here at KosherKaptain.com we pride ourselves with the freshness and quality of our products. All our Beef, Poultry and Lamb products arrive fresh and are immediately frozen to preserve their freshness. We will not store any item for an extended period of time. Our deli products are fresh, not frozen. All Oven ready products are frozen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of a product, you can return it to us for a full refund.

Deliveries will arrive Sunday between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. If there is no answer when the delivery arrives, the order will be cancelled and you will receive full credit on your credit card, with a $20.00 order cancellation fee deducted. If we fail to deliver your order between 5:00 and 9:00 P.M. on the set delivery date, you will get a $20.00 credit and we will make the deliver on the next delivery date. There will be an $8.00 delivery fee applied to each order.

In order to ensure pricing integrity, all prices per package are estimates. With the weight of the product varying from package to package, when putting your order together we will weigh each item and then charge you the precise amount for that package. You will receive a detailed invoice with your order. Your credit card will not be charged until we have weighed your order and put it together.
